An alumnus of the prestigious Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), KPR brings close to 30 years of experience to the table. In 2000, he was conferred the Eisenhower Fellowship. He is the founder of Ma Foi Management Consultants. At present, he is the Chairman of Ciel HR and Ma Foi 

Hemalatha Rajan,
Director

A finance professional with 25+ years of experience in finance, audit and executive search, Hemalatha is the Director of Ciel HR. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Nagpur University and earned her FCA prior to working as an auditor. Hemalatha Rajan is the co-founder of Ma Foi Management Consultants and has played a pivotal role in building Ma Foi into a passionate, reliable and transparent organization. 

Aditya Narayan Mishra, Director and Chief Executive

Aditya has over two decades of experience starting with L&T and the EPC industry and followed by Ma Foi which eventually divested into Randstad. As CEO & Director of Ciel HR, he has led the company from its inception to the Top 15 in the HR industry within 6 years. He has been an Executive Board Member for the Indian Staffing Federation and helped the organization consistently break new ground. He is also a credible opinion maker in the media in areas like HR and economics. 

Santhosh Nair,
Director & COO

He is the founder of Ma Foi Management Consultants. At present, he is the Chairman of Ciel HR and Ma FoiSantosh has over 20+ years of experience. He rose from a Consultant at Randstad to Director, Professional Staffing in under 12 years. He has handled recruitment, staffing and tier-II business expansion. As the Chief Operations Officer and Director of Ciel HR, which he co-founded as well, he has been instrumental in the Contract staffing growth of the company that stands at 13,000 deputees and the geo-presence of 50+ offices across India
